Nick Reed

Hello, I’m Nick and it is my absolute pleasure to be Director of Reintegreat. I have over 20 years’ experience, working with children and young people that are disengaged from education or have challenging behaviour. I am passionate about giving every young person we work with the opportunity to reach their full potential.

Alison Aspery

Hello, I’m Alison and I have the privilege to be Headteacher at Reintegreat. I have 22 years’ experience working with challenging and hard to reach students. I started many years ago as a teaching assistant and this is when I decided that teaching was my passion. I have taught Maths and ICT throughout my career progressing through to leading in Careers and Post 16 education.

Angela Flandin

Hello, I’m Angela and I have the privilege to be Deputy Headteacher at Reintegreat. I have 30 years experience working with challenging and hard to reach students. I started many years ago as support to one individual student and this is when I decided that teaching was my passion. I have taught many different subjects throughout my career progressing through to managing one of the leading alternative provisions in the North East.

Laura Murphy

Hello, my name is Laura. I am a member of the Learning Support Team at Reintegreat. I have worked in Early Years, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 and have recently trained to work with Secondary aged students. I love working with the children and then watching them grow and flourish as they continue their journey through school life. I love to bring learning to life through drama and helping develop the students confidence.

Suzanne Solomon

Hello, my name is Suzanne. I am a member of the Learning Support Team at Reintegreat. I’ve worked with children in the Education sector in various roles but mainly in intervention and home liaison. I thoroughly enjoy working here, supporting small groups and individuals within Reintegreat. It is a pleasure to come to work each day and spend time with the students. My hobbies are reading, music, walking, and socialising with family and friends.

Ryan James

Hello, my name is Ryan and I am the lead instructor for Physical Education at Reintegreat. I love my job and have never felt such an important part of a team. I have a real passion for developing learning experiences outside of the classroom for our young people and have the pleasure of organising all the offsite activities. I have had many years of leading, motivating and coaching young people to help improve their physical fitness and their confidence.

Andrew Bambrough

Hello, my name is Andrew and I am the Lead Instructor in Creative Studies and the Financial Lead. I have previous experience of working with young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and young people in the Looked after sector. I love helping and supporting young people that struggle within education and giving them the confidence to engage with their education. I enjoy encouraging the students with their creativity in both Photography and ICT.

John Lowe

Hello, my name is John and I am the Humanities Lead Instructor at Reintegreat. I have always had a passion for History and past events and enjoy leading on this subject at Reintegreat. On a weekend I enjoy watching my two sons playing football around our local area. I have experience working with foster children and really enjoy making a difference to young people's lives. I like to bring my caring, nurturing side when working with the students at Reintegreat.

Faye Blyth

My name is Faye and I am a member of the Learning Support Team at Reintegreat. I have many years experience in Mental Health and working with a leading recruitment service for schools in the local area. I grew up in Middlesbrough and I am passionate about making a difference to the young people from this area. When I am not at work I like to spend time with my family, especially my little boy, walking and exploring local landmarks.

Daniel Needham

Hello, my name is Daniel and I am the Inclusions and Attendance Lead at Reintegreat. I love my job and enjoy being an essential part of the team. I have many years experience of organising activities for young people within the local community to help build their self-esteem and improve their physical fitness. I really enjoy the challenge of getting young people back in and engaging in education, who have previously struggled.

Robert Tombling

Hello, my name is Robert and I am Personal Development Lead at Reintegreat. I started at Reintegreat after working many years as an electrical engineer and then looking for a career change. From day one I realised it was the best decision I had ever made. I enjoy working with new students and helping identify potential barriers to learning and implementing the strategies to help them succeed in their education and wider world.

All staff are qualified, and DBS checked. Each service provides a tailor-made work programme that is frequently reviewed. Reports are provided to all key stakeholders throughout their time with us.
