Positive Handling at Reintegreat.

Reintegreat Education Solutions is a Team Teach school. Team Teach is holistic positive behaviour management training which we provide for all staff in the school to enable them to promote safe and positive behaviour from all students, regardless of their need. The CEO, Nick Reed, and Personal Development Lead, Robert Tombling, are accredited Team Teach Intermediate Tutors, who ensure that all staff are given the opportunity to be trained in de-escalation techniques, and if absolutely necessary, positive handling of students if they become unsafe to themselves or others.
