Monitoring Performance at Reintegreat
At Reintegreat Education Solutions, we are committed to ensuring that every learner makes strong academic and personal progress during their time with us. We carefully monitor performance across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, using a range of tools and approaches to track progress, identify areas for support, and celebrate success.

How We Monitor Progress

We use a variety of systems to track student progress across the curriculum:

-
Regular Assessments – learners complete baseline tests when they join us, followed by ongoing subject assessments to measure progress over time.
-
Progress Trackers – performance is recorded on electronic trackers for both KS3 and KS4, allowing staff to monitor progress towards academic and personal targets.
-
Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) – each learner has an ILP which sets out their personalised goals, support needs, and strategies to help them achieve. These are reviewed regularly to reflect progress and next steps.
-
Pastoral and Wellbeing Tracking – in addition to academic progress, we track personal development, behaviour, attendance, and emotional wellbeing to ensure a whole-child approach to progress.
Key Stage 3

In KS3, the focus is on re-engagement, rebuilding confidence, and addressing any gaps in learning. Progress is measured against personalised targets and National Curriculum expectations, preparing learners for the transition into KS4 pathways.

Key Stage 4 and GCSEs

For KS4 learners, progress is closely monitored against GCSE and other nationally recognised qualification criteria. We:
-
Track progress towards GCSE targets in core subjects such as English, Maths, and Science.
-
Monitor achievement in vocational and functional qualifications where appropriate.
-
Review GCSE headline data annually to evaluate whole-school performance and ensure high expectations are maintained.
-
Provide targeted intervention where learners are at risk of falling behind, ensuring they are fully supported to achieve the best outcomes possible.
Keeping Parents and Carers Informed

We know that strong partnerships with families are key to student success. Parents and carers are kept informed of progress through:

-
Regular progress reviews and reports
-
Parent/carer meetings to discuss targets and achievements
-
Ongoing communication with staff and pastoral teams

This ensures families are fully engaged in their child’s education and can work with us to support learning both in school and at home.

Our Commitment

At Reintegreat, performance monitoring is not just about academic results, it is about the whole child. By combining academic tracking with wellbeing, behaviour, and personal development measures, we ensure that every learner is supported to overcome barriers, achieve their potential, and prepare successfully for their next stage of education, training, or employment.
