Reintegreat Community Outreach CIC

At Reintegreat Education Solutions, we believe in the power of education extending beyond the classroom. That is why we have established Reintegreat Community Outreach CIC, our very own Community Interest Company (CIC), designed to provide students with real-world opportunities to make a meaningful impact within the Tees Valley. This initiative allows both our staff and students to actively engage in a variety of community-focused projects, embedding social responsibility into our school’s ethos.

How Our CIC Works

Reintegreat Community Outreach CIC is fully integrated into our school curriculum and is a key component of our PiXL Edge and Personal Development Programme. Our students take the lead in planning, organising, and delivering various community initiatives, ensuring that they have ownership over the projects they are passionate about.

These projects are funded through multiple sources, including:

• Leasing out our school facilities outside of school hours and during holidays.

• Local grants and funding from organisations that support community development.

• Fundraising efforts led by our students and staff.
   

By giving students control over the CIC, we encourage leadership, teamwork, and a strong sense of responsibility for their community, allowing them to identify and implement the changes they want to see in their local area.

Our Community Initiatives

Our students engage in a wide variety of impactful projects that benefit the wider community, including:

Charity and Fundraising Events – Organising events to raise money for important causes and supporting initiatives like Macmillan coffee mornings, Children in need and Cash for Kids, ensuring children receive presents at Christmas.

​

Community Improvements – Enhancing public spaces through clean-up efforts, working with the National Trust to plant trees and install bird boxes, building benches, and making local parks and green spaces more accessible.

​

Supporting Local Hospitals & Care Homes – Assisting with improvements in NHS hospitals and care homes, from upgrading waiting rooms and children's play areas to providing entertainment and support for elderly residents.

Our school is proud to champion community involvement, ensuring that our students leave not only with academic qualifications but also with the skills, experiences, and values needed to be active, responsible citizens. Through Reintegreat Community Outreach CIC, we are committed to building a stronger, more connected community where every contribution makes a lasting difference.
