We believe that the arts are powerful tools for self-expression, confidence building, and personal growth, and we want every student to have access to high-quality creative learning experiences.

Our curriculum is designed to:

• Provide students with hands-on opportunities to create, perform, and produce.

• Introduce a wide range of instruments, music-making techniques, and production tools.

• Encourage students to express themselves, develop resilience, and build transferable skills such as teamwork, problem-solving, and communication.

• Give students the chance to achieve recognised qualifications, opening pathways for further education, training, or creative careers.
   

Music Studies
 

Students engage with both the Music Arts Award and Rockstar Music qualifications, ensuring their creative work is formally recognised. As part of this pathway, students will:
 

• Learn to play a variety of musical instruments.

• Explore DJing and digital music production.

• Develop an understanding of rhythm, sound, and musical composition.

• Gain experience in performing for an audience and recording their own work.

• Use industry-standard equipment and software to create and edit music.
   

Film Production Studies
 

Alongside music, students explore the exciting world of film production. This includes:
 

• Learning the technical skills behind filming, editing, and sound design.

• Understanding the processes of planning, storyboarding, and producing short films.

• Experimenting with camera work, lighting, and special effects.

• Developing critical thinking by analysing film techniques and genres.

• Creating original projects that showcase their creativity and storytelling skills.
