Inclusion at Reintegreat

At Reintegreat, inclusion is at the heart of everything we do. We believe that every learner, regardless of background, need, or circumstance, deserves access to high-quality education, pastoral support, and opportunities to succeed. Our commitment to inclusive practice ensures that all students feel valued, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential.

To strengthen and celebrate our inclusive approach, Reintegreat Education Solutions undertook the rigorous Inclusion Quality Mark (IQM) framework, gathering evidence to demonstrate how we meet the highest standards of inclusive practice.

In April 2025, an assessor visited our school, observing lessons and meeting with staff, students, parents, governors, and professionals. We were proud to achieve the Inclusion Quality Mark Award, which recognises our commitment to ensuring that inclusion is embedded across all aspects of school life.

During the assessment, the assessor highlighted the strength of our provision and recommended that we apply for the prestigious IQM Centre of Excellence status. Following our application in June 2025, we were delighted to be awarded this recognition.

What is the IQM Centre of Excellence?

The Inclusion Quality Mark provides schools with a nationally recognised framework to evaluate, measure, and develop inclusive practice. Schools awarded Centre of Excellence status are recognised as national leaders in inclusion, demonstrating outstanding and innovative practice that benefits all learners.

Only around 400 schools in the UK hold this status. Achieving it means:

  • We are part of a national network of inclusive schools

  • We receive ongoing support and opportunities to share best practic

  • Our commitment to inclusion is externally validated to the highest standards

Our Commitment

Achieving the IQM Centre of Excellence is a proud moment for Reintegreat—but it is also a starting point for even greater impact. We remain committed to:

  • Removing barriers to learning for all students

  • Providing a broad and personalised curriculum

  • Working in partnership with families, professionals, and the community

  • Continuing to develop innovative inclusive practices that support every learner

Inclusion is not just a framework we follow—it is a core value that drives our ethos, our vision, and our daily practice.
