At Reintegreat, we know what it takes to build, grow, and sustain a successful school because we have lived that journey ourselves. From our beginnings as a small alternative provision in 2018 to becoming an established independent school, we have gained first-hand experience of the challenges schools face and the systems needed to overcome them.

Our Journey

​

When we first opened our doors in 2018, we worked with students on a part-time basis, supporting them for two or three days a week while they remained on roll at their mainstream school. In 2022, we took the next step and became a full independent school, a decision that has allowed us to expand our reach and provide even greater impact in the Middlesbrough and surrounding areas.

Since then, we have successfully navigated a number of Ofsted inspections, including both material change inspections and standard inspections. Our current grading of Good overall, with Outstanding in personal development, is a testament to the strength of our provision and the systems we have in place.
