Achievement

Celebrating Progress, Achievement and Success at Reintegreat Education Solutions

At Reintegreat Education Solutions, we are incredibly proud of the achievements of our young people and the progress they make throughout their educational journey. As an Ofsted-registered independent school specialising in supporting young people who may have experienced challenges within mainstream education, we recognise that success looks differentfor every student.

Our commitment is to provide a high-quality, inclusive and personalised education that enables every young person to achieve their potential, regardless of their previous educational experiences, individual needs or starting points.

We firmly believe that every young person deserves the opportunity to succeed, and our GCSE examination results, vocational qualifications and individual student achievements are important measures of the impact of our educational provision.

GCSE Examination Results and Academic Achievement

At Reintegreat, we offer a broad and balanced Key Stage 4 curriculum, providing students with opportunities to work towards nationally recognised GCSE qualifications and vocational awards.

Our GCSE curriculum includes:

● GCSE English Language
● GCSE English Literature
● GCSE Mathematics
● GCSE Combined Science
● GCSE Photography
● NCFE Health and Fitness
● NCFE Hospitality and Catering

Alongside these qualifications, students benefit from a comprehensive programme of personal development, physical education, careers education and enrichment opportunities.

We recognise that many of our students join Reintegreat having experienced significant disruption to their education, including periods of
non-attendance, permanent exclusion, social, emotional and mental health difficulties, or additional special educational needs.

For this reason, we place considerable importance on the progress students make from their individual starting points, alongside their final examination results.

Our aim is to ensure that every student leaves Reintegreat with meaningful qualifications, improved confidence, essential life skills and clear pathways into further education, employment or training.

Recognising Progress from Individual Starting Points

Unlike many mainstream secondary schools, Reintegreat welcomes young people at different stages of their educational journey, often following periods of disengagement or significant barriers to learning.

We recognise that academic success cannot always be measured solely through examination grades.

For some students, success means achieving GCSE qualifications that may previously have seemed out of reach. For others, it means making substantial academic progress, rebuilding positive attitudes towards education, improving attendance or developing the confidence to sit
formal examinations.

Through personalised learning programmes, small teaching groups, targeted interventions and individual support, we work to ensure that students have every opportunity to make meaningful progress.

We regularly assess and monitor student development through:

● GCSE assessments, mock examinations and final examination outcomes.
● Baseline assessments in English, mathematics and science.
● Reading and spelling age assessments.
● Cognitive Abilities Tests (CAT4).
● Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) and personalised academic targets.
● Attendance, engagement and behaviour monitoring.
● Progress towards vocational qualifications and accreditation.

This comprehensive approach enables us to demonstrate the progress our young people make academically, socially and personally throughout their time at Reintegreat.

Supporting Every Learner to Achieve

At Reintegreat, inclusion is central to everything we do.

We are particularly proud of our commitment to supporting disadvantaged learners, students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), young people with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), and those who have experienced significant barriers to accessing
education.

Our highly personalised approach ensures that teaching, assessment and support are adapted to meet the needs of individual learners.
We maintain high expectations for every young person while recognising the importance of providing the right support, encouragement and opportunities to help them succeed.

Our ambition is that all students, regardless of their background or circumstances, are able to achieve meaningful qualifications and make positive progress towards their next stage of education.

More Than Examination Results

While GCSE examination outcomes remain an important part of our school improvement priorities, we believe that a successful education extends far beyond academic qualifications.

Our approach combines academic achievement with personal development, emotional wellbeing, resilience, independence and preparation for adulthood.

Through our wider curriculum, vocational learning opportunities, community engagement and enrichment programmes, students develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed beyond Reintegreat.

Our commitment to personal development was recognised during our December 2023 Ofsted inspection, when Reintegreat was judged Good overall, with Outstanding for Personal Development.

This recognition reflects our belief that education should support the whole child, helping young people not only achieve academically but also develop the confidence, character and aspirations to build successful futures.

Our Commitment to Continuous Improvement

We are committed to continually reviewing and improving our examination outcomes, curriculum provision and the quality of teaching and learning.

Our leadership team, teaching staff and governors regularly evaluate student achievement, assessment information and qualification outcomes to identify strengths and areas for further development.

We use this information to ensure that our curriculum remains ambitious, accessible and relevant to the needs of the young people we support.

At Reintegreat, we do not define our students by their past educational experiences. We recognise their potential, celebrate their progress and provide opportunities for them to achieve a successful future.

GCSE Examination Results
We are committed to transparency and will publish our GCSE examination outcomes, including subject-level achievement and relevant performance information, to help parents, carers, commissioners and other stakeholders understand the academic achievements of our students.
